Some people deal with hangover through exercises or even sex because the alcohol toxins will not be able to handle the heat that the body emits. It is also advisable that you have a meal ahead of drinking liquor since the intake will assist in digesting the liquor. Eating cheese, oil as well as fatty food, or drinking water is likewise helpful. A hangover can be prevented best by drinking moderately.
