The most common Weight Loss Journey trick is again revisited. Drink a lot of water. Not just a lot, bust as much as you can. Have a bottle with you wherever you go and when you have nothing to occupy your hands and mouth with, just drink up.

This is something that dietitians and health experts keep stressing and they do it for a reason. If you want to see your body slimmer and healthier, the fastest and most effective little trick is water drinking. Opting for 8-10 glasses a day will get you where you want to go in even less than a month.

Most people expect to start feeling thirsty before they start drinking up. However this is the wrong way to do it. Actually, when you are thirsty you are already dehydrated and this is your body's way of letting you know you've deprived it of the liquid it needs in order to keep functioning properly.

Always keep a bottle of water near you so that you prevent yourself from getting thirsty. As important as it might be for the skin to look great to moisturize your face and body with lotions, it is even more important to keep the water intake up to the maximum so that your skin is moisturized from the inside. Drinking up whenever you can, will keep your skin looking radiant and the pounds dropping.

Most experts say that warm water is better than cold, so keep your water in room temperature or even heat it up a bit. If it's not too cold, then you will be able to drink more of it anyway. Room temperature water is the easiest to drink in large quantities.

The more water you drink, the more you will allow your system to flush out all toxins and harmful substances that have been stored in your body. As the main cause of cellulite is water trapped under the surface skin layer, more water can break those stored fat cells and release the fat from your system. You skin will be left smooth and over time all the stored fat will completely disappear from your body.

Another thing worth remembering is that the more water you drink, the less hungry you feel and the easier reaching your weight loss goal becomes. This way every meal goes a longer way and you feel full for hours after you have eaten. So drink up and enjoy feeling fresh while you're getting slimmer.
